Delivery of the Product and services

• In the event case Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by LectureLelo, in such cases LectureLelo will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. LectureLelo doesn't deliver items internationally.
• However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India. In case You book multiple order for the Products and Services in one transaction, LectureLelo would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and / or logistics' issues. If You purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by You. • Upon receiving Your complaint, LectureLelo shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if LectureLelo is convinced that the complaint is genuine, LectureLelo will inform the relevant Provider of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, LectureLelo reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by LectureLelo in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Provider selling the defective product / service will be solely responsible to You for any claims that You may have in relation to such defective product / service and LectureLelo shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
• Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform LectureLelo at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by LectureLelo depending on the nature and category of the product.
• In order to replace any products sold through the Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

Please notify LectureLelo of receipt of a damaged / defective product / service within 7 Days of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 7 Days, LectureLelo shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

Products/Services should be unused;

You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges may be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with LectureLelo;

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by LectureLelo in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint / return.

The newly chosen product should be listed on for sale on LectureLelo and should be of the same or of higher value than the old product and the delivery of the newly chosen product will be delivered to your given address.

Cancellation

• All orders made on www.lecturelelo.com by default are non-cancellable and any request for cancellation / refund of order(s) after successful transaction is not allowed. LectureLelo will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. LectureLelo has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by LectureLelo and accept LectureLelo decision regarding the cancellation. LectureLelo reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
• Orders / Purchases made via Cardless EMI option on LectureLelo will be non-cancellable and under any circumstances the cancellation request made by You will not be accepted by LectureLelo. Purchases made using Cardless EMI option however will be covered under 7 Days Replacement Guarantee program.

Governing Law

• These Terms of Offer For Sale and the relationship between You and LectureLelo shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.
• You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Offer For Sale or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and LectureLelo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
• ALL LINKED TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREUNDER ARE ASSUMED TO BE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BY YOU.

Any individual, Company, Coaching Center or Institute selling their services through LectureLelo.com (“Website/LL”) are termed as “Sellers/Providers”. Sellers can register themselves on LectureLeloto sell Online/Offline Test Series, Online/Offline Courses, Notes, Books or any Printed Materials.

Sellers by registering themselves on LectureLelo.com agrees to abide all the Terms and Conditions and Seller and Shipment Policies of the website.

Sellers can register themselves on the website through online and offline mediums. Seller listing on LL is free of cost. LL charges an after sale commission after each sale of the product. Sales commission is mutually agreed between the Seller and LL.

Sellers by listing their products on the website declare that all the products listed are owned by them and they have full rights to sell these products under their name. Sellers must ensure that all the listed products does not infringe upon the intellectual rights of other parties/sellers.

All the listings done on the website are governed by LL and LL reserves the right to change listings as and when required. Prices of all the products listed on the website are controlled by LL and LL reserves the right to change or apply discounts on them as and when required.

Product Details

All the details required to list a product on LL will be given to LL by the sellers. Seller is responsible for all the product details like prices, images, features and product description, given to LL. Seller is responsible to keep the products updated on LL and should notify LL from time to time about all the product updates. Wrong /Stale product details may result in wrong purchase by the user of the website and losses incurred due to any such occurrence will be borne by the Seller.

Payment Cycle

All the payments are done on monthly basis to the sellers. Sellers will receive only their share of the payment from LL. All the payments will be done either through NEFT or Cheque.

Order Delivery

All the orders will intimated to the sellers via Email on their registered email address. An email with necessary user details will be sent to the seller immediately after the purchase on the website, notifying them about their product sale. All the products sold on the website should be dispatched within 48 calendar hours. All the materials like CD/DVD/USB Drives/Study Material/Tablets/SD Cards etc. should be delivered to the consumer within 7 to 10 days. All the shipments are done by the sellers, for which they can charge a shipment fees.

Discounts and Offers

LL from to time will run offers and provide discounts to the users of the website in order to attract sales and increase its own popularity. Sellers can participate by providing exclusive discounts and offers to LL users to achieve more sales. Sellers can be notified accordingly before any such event.

Seller Notice Period

All the sellers registered on LL will have to serve a notice period of 15 days after which they can de list themselves from the website. All the delisting request should be sent to LL Support team. Support team will acknowledge their delisting request and will send them a confirmation email. During Notice Period, a seller has to acknowledge all the orders and confirm the dispatch/delivery of the products. LL reserves the right to change or amend Notice Period as and when required. LL also holds the right to stall/hold or temporary stop the payments of the delisted sellers for a minimum period. After the successful completion of Notice Period seller and all its products listed on LL platform will be delisted. All the remaining payments remaining towards sellers will be made as per the payment cycle.

Applicable Law

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Delhi.

LL reserves all rights to change or amend any of the above mentioned terms with or without prior intimation to any of the sellers.
